- Citește benzi desenate
Dacă nu ai starea necesară pentru a lectura un întreg roman, te poți desfăta timp de câteva ore cu un roman grafic reușit sau seria ta de benzi desenate preferată. Imaginile pe care le vei vedea alături de dialog te vor ține captiv în poveste, iar poate astfel afară se va însenina fără să-ți dai seama. - Ascultă muzică veche
Așază-te pe spate și permite-i corpului tău să se relaxeze în timp ce pe fundal se aude o melodie veche care îți trezește amintiri.
